This reinterpretation of the traditional cuckoo clock features a miniature cuckoo and a relief clock. The shadows of the carved letters accentuate the three-dimensional clock face, but the clock changes according to the time of the day and its surrounding environment. The numeral “1” doubles as the door out of which the tiny red cuckoo emerges.
