The 22-storey office tower has cafés, outdoor terraces and an outstanding exhibition space, while innovative infrastructural details allow a constant transformation of the interiors, which reflect heritage values, sustainability and material innovation. The building concept includes layers of natural elements, from earth, stone and wood to forty-five thousand ferns.
