Reinterpreting traditional Japanese aesthetics in a modern setting, designers capture a subtle abundance through efficient use of space in transforming a 60-square-metre, three-bedroom apartment into a single-bedroom flat. The centerpiece is the L-shaped sofa, which stretches across the whole living room and doubles as storage space.
