Due to the site’s irregular shape, the residence’s distinctive topography is two massive, offset concrete volumes with a board-formed finish and safe entry through the raised underground four-car garage set back from the road. On the main level, the small courtyard and garden terrace provided the distinctive open plan to the residence.
