The design began with the simplified Chinese character for twin, but with intersecting lines and a criss-cross form, this basic stroke of ingenuity conveys the increasingly inseparable connections between the Chinese megacities and Hong Kong. The speed of rotation, the number of points and the width of lines can be adjusted through the programming software, creating a new adjustable dynamic visual system for every communication need.
