A MULTISENSORY FEAST
A local delicacy and a symbol of Hong Kong’s past, the exhibition hosted by PMQ retells the story of salted fish in a new perspective. The exhibition introduces this significant part of Hong Kong’s food culture through over 20 designs and creative products. The exhibition features DIY curing chambers and new salt-fish products, giving the traditional ingredients a modern twist. It is an exhibition that visitors can enjoy visually, but also through scent and taste.
