REVIVAL OF WRITING
The energetic stroke of this typeface imitates the form of bamboo and orchid branches. The font design emphasises the relationship between strokes. The form oscillates between a printing script and cursive script, reaching a balance between computer typeface design and calligraphy style. The design attempts to capture the essence of Chinese calligraphy, in which the sheer life energy is translated into motions and inscribed on every stroke of the character.
