THE SKELETON OF SPACE
Featuring a white metal grid structure, the installation reconstructs the living environment of subdivided flats' tenants. The structure is made up of four cells, each representing a room in the flats. The metal grid retains an openness and transparency, allowing visitors to get an immediate experience of the smallness of the living space without being overly claustrophobic. The spatial installation highlights the severe housing problems in the world’s densest city.
