FROM MANUFACTURING TO VALUE GENERATION
The run-down factory complex is re-imagined into a lively creative park. Named after the curatorial philosophy “value factory” put forward by curator Ole Bouman at the 2013 Shenzhen-Hong Kong Bi-city Biennale, the creative park becomes a hub of creative talents and art events. The new design recollects industrial memories of the past while reinventing itself as the home of the cultural industry.
