DFA Design for Asia Awards 2019 l Grand Award with Special Mention
The 2018 Taichung World Flora Exposition (TWFE) highlighted the values of "Green, Nature and People", bringing design to mega-event management and focusing particularly on sustainable design and collaborative design. Sponsors and suppliers, designers and developers are from the technology, construction, manufacturing, and software industries.
The Houli Horse Ranch and the Forest Park accentuate ecological conservation; the Nature House and Green Pavilion in Waipu Park feature recreational agricultural experience and natural environment education; and the central theme of Huludun Park and the banks of Ruanpizai Creek is Floral Metropolis by the Water.
