Enduring Framework
Amid rising property prices, the project strengthens a 50-year-old structure to extend its life and meaning. Through careful spatial division, muted tones, and textured materials, the design balances privacy with shared use—turning an aging building into a quietly resilient space for lived memory and renewed habitation.
