Ethereal Currents
Designed for an exhibition at the University of Macao’s Art and Design Centre, the poster conveys a restrained yet dynamic visual language. Layers of ink, overlapping brushstrokes, and subtle gradations of black and white create a textured composition that feels both abstract and naturally organic. The imagery suggests forces of erosion, dispersion, and deposition—echoing the passage of time and the humidity of the southern landscape. Balancing serenity with a sense of fluidity and time, the design captures quiet movement within stillness, turning the visual surface into a calm reflection of nature’s continuous transformation.
