Branching to Nature
MUJI Campsites are built around the philosophy of 'Coexistence with Nature,' designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape without adding unnecessary facilities. To promote this concept, a series of posters were created, each highlighting the 'Importance of Nature' and its beauty. The design team took inspiration from the fallen branches found throughout the campsite, transforming them into playful, artistic expressions. With a childlike sense of creativity, they used water to draw whimsical creatures, incorporating the natural shapes of moss-covered branches. This approach not only showcased the cycles of nature but also encouraged a deeper appreciation for the environment. By blending organic materials with imaginative design, the posters reflect MUJI’s commitment to sustainability, reminding viewers of the delicate balance in nature and the importance of preserving it—a thoughtful fusion of art and nature that fosters a more meaningful connection to the world around us.
