Bacchus, the first Chinese company to advocate for net zero emissions and champion carbon neutrality, has opened its first experiential bar, The Laizhou Bar, which features a whisky-tasting area, a VIP section, and outdoor seating. Beautifully designed, there are 6,000 reclaimed staves from wooden barrels, which lead from the entrance to the bar, and the double-ring on the ceiling of the tasting and bar areas highlighting the tasting is very striking. This unusual dome, and the ambient lighting express Bacchus's environmentally conscious aim, presenting it as a blend of design and sustainability.
