An Villa, a luxurious establishment which contains a sales gallery and also a clubhouse, is a very elaborate arrangement of typical tiled roofs that extend over a slope all the way down to ground level. The angle of each of the sloping roofs creates the desired waterfall effect when it rains; the stairs that are incorporated into the network of roofs, allow visitors to enjoy the water feature.
