Shanan is a minimalist luxury boutique hotel located in picturesque Anji County in northwestern Zhejiang Province. Built in a scenic bamboo grove in a thick natural forest on a hillside, the hotel is made of locally available, sustainable rammed earth, typical of China's rural architecture, and private patios add to the guests’ full enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
