Promote mental health through various channels, “Shall We Talk” is a mental health promotion and public education initiative, launched by the Advisory Committee on Mental Health in July 2020 and illustrated by Furze Chan. The soft tones of the illustration creates a fresh atmosphere, providing a small breathing space in chaos.
