RUSTIC AESTHETICS
The stone forest sea, rammed earth wall, sunlight, and forest are all in the Shanhai Art Museum. Walking down the path, the red rammed earth wall on one side reveals its texture in the sunlight, and the rustic aesthetic of the material connects the architecture to its surroundings. Every aspect of the interior design, from the lighting, artwork, ambience, music, and furniture to the signage, reflects the elements - clouds, water, mountains, and stones, which all resonate with the local landscape.
