This glass house-inspired destination bar joins the hotel’s line-up of Michelin-starred establishments with a vibrant, welcoming, day-to-night space that serves breakfast and lunch in addition to being a lively evening hotspot. There are sleek curves, an abundance of light, a striking central column that displays a treasure trove of rare spirits, and a stunning view of Victoria Harbour. This is a place for guests to escape from the concrete jungle of Hong Kong's financial district - a hidden gem in the heart of one of the busiest cities in the world. At the entrance, a bespoke floral wood inlay wall leads to the conservatory, where lustrous curved ceramic and metal frames are accented with small terrarium pendants, and complemented by custom ceramic textured wallpaper, while the bespoke deconstructed chandeliers draw all eyes towards the central bar.
